Hello,

I’m Danny Harrington, a freelance radio presenter.

Having started in radio at aged fifteen with Hospital Radio Swindon, since then I’ve been presenting radio shows on student radio and community radio.

I’ve previously worked for the BBC, have worked freelance for independent companies and established my own business.

Whilst at BBC Radio Gloucestershire, I’ve presented on sport, worked on outside broadcasts and have been a broadcast assistant on the Breakfast and Mid-morning shows doing traffic and travel.

In recent years I have had opportunities to experience radio at different levels having completed work placements at TBI Media, Virgin Radio and TalkRadio, I was invited to Virgin Radio to complete an internship working with their head of music.

Whilst my first love is radio I’m also a big football fan which lead to me creating my own football YouTube channel called ‘The Football Fans Show’.    In addition to football I also have channels dedicated to business and to general entertainment.
